I am an Assistant Professor at UC Davis, studying the molecular basis of metabolism. I completed my PhD in Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology at the University of California Riverside in 2018, followed by completing my postdoctoral training at Stanford University in 2024.

I believe that by learning more about the organisms in the ecosystem, we could better protect them and understand ourselves. Since then, my scientific career has been devoted to understanding the behavioral and physiological adaptations in response to environmental challenges.
